We do not collect any tracking cookies, no browsing data, and we do not use any analytics tools.

Your data is used exclusively for:

  • Responding to your contact request
  • Contacting you back regarding your request

Your data is never used for commercial purposes, prospecting, or profiling.

  • Digital Factory Sàrl-s — for processing your request
  • Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.) — provider of our email service, through which the messages you send us are transmitted
  • webcms — website hosting provider (servers located in Luxembourg, European Union)

No data is sold, rented, or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

6. Data Retention Period

Data from your email contact is retained for the time necessary to process your request, and for a maximum of 12 months after the last exchange.
